Returning items Policy
You may return items purchased within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased or if you purchased in error, we will refund the item's purchase price (and in some cases postage) upon return of the item. We may (at our discretion) offer you more than the value of the item as a store credit in lieu of direct refund. Please send items via regular post - insurance is an optional extra. Oversize items may need to be sent via courier.
This return policy includes all of our equipment unless otherwise stated on this website. We reserve the right to choose to repair, replace or refund an item depending on the circumstances.
You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from us if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts. If an item is damaged when received then we will usually offer to repair or replace & cover the postage at our expense.
If an item is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs. An estimate of these costs should be provided to you before the product is collected. Any estimate will reflect the minimum cost to us for additional services in assessing the problem. The costs will not be inflated in an attempt to deter you from pursuing your claims.
A restocking fee of 10% or $20 AUD may apply. Please contact us to discuss your situation prior to returning the item. In cases of damaged items that need additional repairs before returning to stock, these may incur additional fees.
Some payment methods (Paypal 1.75%) will retain processing fees on refunds.
If you have modified equipment in any way then it will void all warranties, whether expressed and implied.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us to let us know and then ship the item back to us. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

We do not accept returns on Auction items. Auction items are sold "as is" and returns are not required under Australian Consumer Law.
STORE CREDIT – If offered & accepted, you will need to have or create an account with our website so that we can apply the CREDIT. You should expect to see your CREDIT (and be able to use it) almost immediately.
