Returns

All our orders are checked, photographed, packed with care, and leave our warehouse in the very best condition possible. However, issues can arise in transit which we have no control over.
Please check your order when it arrives.

If your order is incorrect, or arrives damaged as a result of shipping issues, please contact us directly, by phone 1300 768 068 (and leave a message) or email via the website form, as soon as possible. If you do not phone or email our customer service within 48 hours of receipt we cannot assist with any issues or delivery problems.

Contacting us via our social media accounts is not a substitute, as we do not check those accounts daily and cannot track your orders through their platforms.

Change of Mind

Items purchased from Fight Club are eligible for a refund within 5 days of receipt for any reason. To return an item, contact us and ship it back. If you have ordered the wrong product, or changed your mind since purchase, we will accept the return (within 5 days of delivery) as long as the product has not been used. We will not refund shipping costs. 

When returning items, please use regular post; optional insurance is available. Oversize items may require courier return. Please ensure the item is returned in its original box and packaged securely. You will be responsible if the item is not returned in the condition it left our warehouse. The buyer bears the cost for return postage.

We'll notify you once we've received and checked the return. We will send you a Store Credit for use in the future for the full value of the items that were returned.
If you prefer a refund a restocking fee of 10% or $20 AUD (whichever is greater) will apply.

We may also retain any non refundable processing fees depending upon the  payment method used.

Warranty

This policy covers all our equipment, unless otherwise specified on our website. We reserve the right to choose whether to repair, replace, or refund an item based on the circumstances. When returning items, please use regular post; optional insurance is available. Oversize items may require courier return.

If a product has a confirmed problem or an incorrect item was sent from our warehouse, we will supply you with a pre-paid Return Label. You can simply safely repackage and return the product.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, we will require images of the packaging and product. We will look to see if insurance was purchased and we will work to resolve the issue with you.

At our discretion, we may offer Store Credit instead of a direct refund.

Please be aware modifying equipment voids all warranties, whether expressed or implied.

To return an item, contact us and ship it back. We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed the return.

Cancellation

If you cancel an order before it has been packed for shipment only the payment method fee will be retained. A Store Credit will be issued for the value of the order goods and shipping. If you prefer a refund a $10 administration charge will apply less any associated non refundable payment fees.

If the order has been packed and a shipping label created a $10 administration charge will be applied to cover our staff time in processing this. We will send you a Store Credit for use in the future or a refund.
