Thank you for your interest in the Electric Vehicle sold by EZRide.
This warranty applies to the physical goods, and only to the physical goods, purchased from EZRide.
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, EZRide will repair, at no charge, parts of the Electric Vehicle that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
As a consumer you have rights under Australian Consumer Law and may have rights under other applicable laws which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Those rights are in addition to any rights you have extended to you by EZride under the Warranty.
What will we do to correct problems?
EZRide will repair the Electric Vehicle at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. EZRide does not accept refunds or replacements.
How long does coverage last?
The Warranty Period for an Electric Vehicle purchased from EZRide is 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Electric Vehicle or 30 days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
What does this warranty not cover?
This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
This Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage due to mishandling, misuse or neglect, or to intentional damage caused by any person or persons.
This Warranty does not cover items which are considered consumable, for example globes, fuses, chains, tyres or the battery.
This Warranty does not cover any problems arising from improper maintenance, failure to perform maintenance or natural disasters.
This Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
EZRide is not responsible for any injury resulting from use of the Electric Vehicle, improper or proper, to the rider or any other person or persons.
Although care is taken, any slight errors or omission of the product details are unintentional.
EZRide is not responsible for any problems occuring due to improper use or maintenance. We do not accept exchanges or refunds.
The Electric Vehicle must be checked before each use. Issues arising from failure to do so are not the responsibility of EZRide.
What do you have to do?
Upon sale, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the Electric Vehicle. This includes but is not limited to maintenance, and maintaining the condition of the Electric Vehicle.
In the event the rider is a child, parental supervision is mandatory.
Any tampering or modification of the Electric Vehicle will void this warranty.
